The cottage has been restored as far as possible to help you experience
the life of a lock keeper's family, offering a sensitive balance of the traditional with some modern facilities. The
bathroom has been brought into the house so you no longer have to walk to the bottom of the garden! A well stocked wood
shed is available for visitors to stoke the woodburner which provides a warm focus for the beamed sitting room.
Up to 6 guests can enjoy meals around the dining table by a window which gives views of the lock, the Breidden Hills and Long Mountain.
The 3 bedrooms give accommodation for up to 5 people
in one double, one twin which can convert to a Kingsize double and a single. Sheets and duvets are provided but guests should bring their own towels. |
